Zoo Outing

My friend Ty owns the same camera as me (the Pentax K-x) and let me borrow one of his lenses this weekend to see if I want to buy one. I have the stock 18mm-55mm; this one is the 50mm-200mm. That zoom makes a heck of a difference, although it’s hard to take up close shots with, and like dad always says, the longer the lens, the more light you need. I tried the lens out today at the Oklahoma City Zoo, and some of these pictures turned out great. Below are a couple I pulled out — at the end is a link to the entire gallery.
