"Man is the only animal that blushes. Or needs to." -Mark Twain

We had some great chicken over the weekend, but I enjoyed the menu almost as much as I enjoyed the food.

For lunch, we were joined by a bunch of extra apostrophes.

One for Drink’s …

One for Sandwich’s …

And one for Salad’s.

Aside from that, they also offer one of the most awkward plurals I’ve seen to date: Sides Items.

There were probably more errors on the menu but I had to stop because it was literally starting to hurt my head.

Related to the “baffling plurals” group – When I worked fast food jobs in high school my second biggest peeve was customers who came in and ordered “a large fries”.

“Unnecessary quotes” “annoy” me “almost” as much as mi’su’sed apo’strophe’s.

They’re especially fun when people use them for “emphasi’s.”
