Last weekend, Tim and I went to go meet with our cadet Nick at Thunderbird Youth Academy. After grabbing some grub at McDonald’s (his pick, not ours) we headed out to the local bowling alley to bowl a few frames and play some pool.
Ok, seriously — just how out of shape does one have to be to get this sore from simply bowling? I didn’t fall or think I hurt anything at the time, but man am I feeling it now. Ridiculous!
