August 19th — Our wedding anniversary. This year’s our 10th.
August 22nd — My birthday. This year’s my 32nd.
This year, between those two dates, falls vgXpo, a videogame show in Dallas.
As of right now, our plans are:
Friday: Go to work. After work, come home. Hang around. Take kids to mom’s house. Go to dinner somewhere nice (still finalizing that). Then either go to a movie or a casino. Still working on finalizing that too. I suppose I’ll know when it happens. Come home, go to bed. Wait, pick up kids at some point too.
Saturday: Get up early, load every one into the car and drive to Dallas. Mason and I will go to the show. Susan and Morgan will go shopping. After the show, we’ll hook back up and head to the hotel room. Saturday evening we’ll have dinner with Justin at Crystal’s Pizza and crash later in the hotel room.
Sunday: I’ll get up early and head back to the show by myself for a bit to catch anything I missed. Then, it’s time to head back home.
Monday: For my birthday, maybe I’ll just sleep …
