Louisiana

First time: Spring, 2002
Last time: Spring, 2014

In the spring of 2014, we drove to Florida on a family vacation. I had been to Louisiana a couple of times previously, but never to New Orleans. On this trip we stopped for the night just outside of NOLA and saw a few things in town before driving on, including the famous Saint Louis Cemetary and Mardi Gras World, which was absolutely fantastic.

The first time I ever went to Louisiana was during the Spring of 2002. I don't remember much about that trip, other than I went for work to assist with a wireless networking issue. The second time I went (back to the same office) was during the Winter of 2010.

I'm sure I took a bunch of pictures on that last trip, but I can't seem to find them. One of the few I found is of my friend Clint posing in front of the Frostop Root Beer sign. We had lunch there one day. I had a crab cake sandwich and a mug of root beer. Don't knock it until you've tried it.
