First time: Winter, 1995
Last time: Summer, 2023

In October of 1995, my friends Judy, Paula and I travelled to Minneapolis, Minnesota and spent two weeks there performing computer upgrades im preparation for Y2K -- remember that? Our team stayed in the Days Inn across the street from the Mall of America. While out cruising in the rental car I found a record store called Down in the Valley where I bought a couple of 45 records.

In the spring of 2015, my family and I revisited Minneapolis and the Mall of America. We spent nearly 4 hours at the mall and saw almost none of it. The kids really enjoyed the Lego store and all the amusement rides in the middle of the mall.





In the summer of 2023, Susan had a business meeting outside Minneapolis and so the two of us drove to Minnesota and spent a week there. A few of the things we saw and visited during that trip were the Mall of America (my third time there), Prince's former residence (Paisley Park), and the Largest Candy Store in Minnesota.
