Custom CD Shelves

From the moment I saw this half-height wall in my upstairs loft, I just knew it was the perfect location for a set of custom shelves. Here is a quick tutorial on how I built them, which includes one of the oldest tricks in the book when it comes to making custom shelves — building them upside down! Shelves – Garage (Tubs)

I’m a packrat. I admit it. In fact, I embrace it. Over the past year I’ve converted to storage tubs. They’re great, they’re cheap, and they stack easily. Unfortunately, they stack a little *too* easily! Recently I’ve found that it’s a pain to get stuff out of the bottom tubs when I’ve stacked too many tubs on top of them!
