I’m about 95% packed and the kids are getting ready for school. I have a serious crick in my neck this morning, either from sleeping wrong or from stress about this weekend’s show. My PowerPoint presentation still isn’t finished — I’ll have to wrap that up in the hotel tonight — and I’m dreading the drive more than ever. Susan told me one day I would get tired of these long distance, cross-country drives. Feels like that day may be approaching.
At last weekend’s show, DJ TV Death Squad performed. This guy is amazing; he plays old video game consoles and home computers that have been modified to make noise … er, make different noises than they were designed to. The hobby is called Circuit Bending and TV Death Squad is very good at it.
At one point in his performance, DJ TV Death Squad got a little help from DJ Mason and DJ Morgan. If the below clip sounds a little like “just noise”, I must admit that it sounded a little better without DJ Mason and DJ Morgan’s assistance.
Awesome! Looks like fun.
