This email serves as notification that you are opted-in to the iBookstore submission process. Being opted-in does not guarantee that your book will be accepted into the iBookstore.
If you choose to participate we will convert Commodork: Sordid Tales from a BBS Junkie into an ePub formatted eBook at no cost to you (a $175 value!). iBookstore pricing will be announced on April 3. The creator revenue you receive per sale will be 80% of the profit after deducting Apple’s share.
While I seriously doubt Commodork is on anyone’s “best selling” list, I was wanting to get it on the iPad somehow anyway. If anyone (A) purchases an iPad and (B) purchases my book, please let me know. If you can send me an unPhotoshopped picture of my book on your iPad, I will hook you up with … something.
