Quick note from the editor’s desk … while I loved the old layout of the site, it had a couple of odd quirks that I was not able to overcome — the biggest of which was when 500×375 pictures were posted (the default size I use for the web), it broke the layout on people running 1024×768 and smaller. So, I snagged this new layout instead. It’s not exciting, but my pictures work so it’s all good. It’ll take me a bit to get all of my old features (the random pix and a custom header) back in place, but overall I think this one will work.
Hope everyone had a good holiday break. I’m at work on a Federal holiday today, while Susan is home with the kids. It’s a long story …
Nice choice. Minimal and keeps focus on content. I like it. I’m working on a new layout too, but not sure when I will have time to produce and publish it.
