For my birthday yesterday, Susan decided she was going to get me tickets to go see the Dallas Mavericks play. When she checked their website, all their information was outdated, so he fired off an e-mail to them and bought me tickets to go see George Carlin instead.
This morning, Susan got an e-mail back from Mark Cuban, billionaire owner of the Dallas Mavericks. Mr. Cuban apologized for the error on the website, and offered her a free pair of “players pass” tickets, right behind the bench.
