Today we got a call from the daycare telling us that Mason crammed a bunch of peaches in his mouth and then began choking. Apparently he got up and ran to the teacher who gave him the heimlich.
After that, we decided to take it easy the rest of the evening. When we got home, Susan and Mason went to the store while I stayed home. When they came home, they came upstairs to see what I was doing. They went back downstairs, and I guess Mason immediately turned around and came right back upstairs. I thought Susan was with him but she was still downstairs. He got to the top step and them slipped and fell down the whole flight of stairs. Both of us got to him at the same time. Nothing’s broken but we’re betting he’ll have a bruise on his head tomorrow.
Mason is currently duct-taped in his bed at the moment …
